Section I - The Code of The Man Scouts:
-Thou must have a member to be a member.
-A Scout should never "cock-block" another Scout
-A Scout should not covet another Scout's significant other
-A Scout should not discriminate against others due to race, gender, age, religious preferance, creed, sexual preferance, or species. Exceptions made regarding the French, Canadians, Todds, morons, child molesters, people with mullets, gang bangers, ravers, loonies, and anyone who hates Sean Connery.
-A Scout should know when to be an asshole and when to be a gentleman
-If someone asks if you are a god, you say "Yes"
-A Scout should have an affinity for firearms
-A Scout should dine at the 'Y' when possible
-A Scout should hold a fellow Scout before anyone else
-A Scout should never be a pussy
-A Scout should never whine
-A Scout's body is his temple, decorating it is encouraged
-If a Scout has not had sex in the last seven years he will be expelled from the Man Scouts
-Prospective Scouts must be "sponsored" by at least 3 other Scouts before they can become "Bitches"
-A Scout should hang out with his fellow Scouts at least once every month.
-If a Scout should be responsible for getting another Scout laid, that Scout drinks for free at the next gathering
-No Scout should EVER go to www.manscouts.com

-A Scout should practice his cock pushups freqently

Section II - The Man Scout Council
-Each Man Scout Local shall have a Council of approximately 5 members, including the Grand and Vice Poobas of the Chapter.
-If the Grand Pooba deems it necessary, preliminary elections shall be held during the NFL playoffs to decide the 7 finalists for Council positions.
-Final Elections for the Man Scout Council shall be held on the week leading up to the Super Bowl. All full members can vote for 3 members from their local (or 3 of the 7 finalists from Preliminary elections, if they were held). Top 3 vote getters join the Grand Pooba and Vice Pooba on the Council, and will be announced at the Super Bowl.
-Voting for the Man Scout Council is voluntary, but encouraged of each Scout. Ballots may be submitted to the Grand Pooba in person or via email.
-Council members are elected for 1 year terms, and may be re-elected as many times as they want to be on the Council. There are no term limits for Council members.
-Councils should schedule meetings about once a month. Meetings may be more frequent if circumstances emerge.
-If a Council member must cancel a previously scheduled Council meeting, that member owes the rest of the Council a round.
-Anything discussed at a Council meeting stays at a Council meeting unless its a decision that needs to be announced to the general membership or it is so decided by the Council. Violation of this rule is reason for expulsion from the Council.
-Impeachment of Council members is done within the Council and requires a unanimous vote by the other Council members.
-If a Council member is impeached the remaining Council members will elect a new Council member for the duration of the available term.
